The best management skill you can have is learning how to manage yourself first.  Let’s cut to the chase.  You’ll have to identify the following:

  1. What are your weaknesses that you desperately need to overcome?
  2. What’s your action plan to overcome these weaknesses?
  3. What are your strengths?
  4. What should you be doing more of to succeed in different areas of your life?
  5. What are you reading to immediately apply to your life?
  6. Take a notepad and paper and start writing your good habits and bad habits.
  7. Write down your activities throughout the day and time how long it takes you to complete them.
  8. Self-reflect and evaluate yourself at the end of the day.
